"Super Plant Eaters Club" Plant Based Nutrition for Kids Six week class, 1 hour per class Location: Downtown Orlando 8 Student Maximum
In this Six week class your child will be introduced to a wide variety of raw plant foods! They will understand the importance of eating raw fruits and vegetables, learn how to make delicious Green Smoothies, Fruit Smoothies, Nut butters, Almond Milk, Salads, Appetizers and their own Sprout Garden.
We will have group discussion and sharing about healthy habits and nutrition and enjoy short lectures about how foods digest in the body, the importance of drinking water, getting enough sleep, and regular exercise.

"Take Control of Your Health" Wellness and Weight Loss Support Group $175 per person, 3 person minimum/6 maximum. Includes the cost of 185 page study guide, food & exercise journal, and copy of The China Study.
In 6 weeks of meetings you will understand the forces that shape your current attitudes about food, nutrition, and health care, and shift your thinking so that you can gain more control over your health status and make more informed decisions for you and your family. You will keep a food and exercise journal for the duration of the six weeks and be expected to complete short reading assignments from the study guide and The China Study for group discussion. We will watch a variety of videos on Holistic Health and Nutrition during the six weeks.
